BEGINNER CROSSFIT PROGRAM &

Personal training is provided for personal goals specific to CrossFit or the client specific goals

Personal Training Prices

$60 for one on one personal training

 

A minimum of 3 mandatory training sessions is required covering the the nine foundational moves to the main lifts used in the CrossFit Program. Key terms and acronyms will be presented to you. To ensure the success of the program, the member must be willing to take notes and review the material. We require an evaluation and demonstration of all moves taught and presented. One must be able to demonstrate the skills necessary to join the regular Crossfit community. 

A refresher program optional for those who have successfully passed the BCF program, mandatory for those who do not show proficiency and require additional time in the program or for returning experienced CrossFit athletes sessions.

World-wide Market Price of Crossfit is $160 monthly 

M.I.C.F. has two (2) optional and affordable plans

Plan 1: No Contract 

$145/Month

The member will attend up to four times a week.

Plan 2 : No Contract

$150/Month

The member will attend up to six classes a week anytime.

Crossfit Drop-ins:First Drop-in is complementary

$20 -for any visitors with Crossfit experience.

Management or trainer discretion.

Box owners are exempt from fee.

All exercise movements except the Olympic lifts and overhead squat will be utilized within this program.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Description of services

SWEDISH – relaxation light touch and pressure

One hour$60

One Hour Membership$50

SPORTS- medium to some deep pressure with myofascial or trigger point techniques and active & passive stretching to relieve tight muscles tissue(s)

One hour Sports$75

DEEP MUSCLE THERAPY – medium to deep pressure using hot towels, biofreeze product or alternate & thermassage heat oil in order to relax sore muscle tissues and expedite muscle recovery 

Ninety minute Session$85

CUSTOM MASSAGE – a combination of SPORTS & DEEP MUSCLE THERAPY

HOT STONE MASSAGE – a relaxing one & one-half hour massage therapy using warm/hot stones to relieve any muscle aches from post fitness or sport events or injuries. 

One and one-half hour$85
*Additional Half-hour on any service $20 

TEENS COMPLETE CORE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM

The program is designed to challenge any teenager, from the football player to the musician to the Scout of America. Improvment in ten physical skills and cognitive learning has been documented in studies and in data over last few years. Other benefits include improved self-esteem and self-image. They will become a part of a community that encourage each other and welcome all newcomers.
