What does it take to be healthy?

It is easy to say you must not eat this nor drink that.  What is more important is the science and physiology behing that statement.

What have you heard people saying that we should avoid eating?

Check out the three pictures on the bottom of the photo gallery. Can you tell my why all people albeit allergies, should eat one thing out of these three groups?

I used to be one who refused to eat healthy. I never realized the importance of eating correctly, until crossfit. You may have heard, "eat crossfit, sleep crossfit", it is for real. I finally took Coach Aurora and Steven's advice and started eating as they suggested. Cutting the fast food completely, sugars mostly, amd salt almost completely. It was amazing the weight loss and inches lost in the mid section, I experienced. The energy for doing wods was amazing.

It does take dedication and is hard work. However, it is not just some diet to go on. It is a lifestyle to be lived. A healthy and stronger lifestyle.
