Sharing the knowledge

Knowledge at times is tough to share. There is an old biblical saying and I am sure more in other belief systems. The "WORD" will fall on deaf ears.  At times, it does. What keeps me going is the  understanding that at least one out of ten may apply the knowledge that is given and when the one individual does, they develop power.

The one thing I have learned over they years, is if you listen to sound guidance and apply it to your life, it will work. Many people who fail in Crossfit, fail because they don't listen to the coaches. It's not just hearing audibly, but hearing in a way that you put it into practice to progress and get better. I have heard many people blame the coaches in my life, when all the while they were to blame instead. So in short, don't let the Word fall deadly on your ears.
