Fall Schedule 

Beginner's CrossFit/Fundamentals

Beginners CrossFit classes begin every month by appointment. 

Personal Training

Personal training is available by appointment 

Community Workouts Second Saturday every month

Saturday 9:30 am.

Morning CrossFit Classes

8:15 a.m.  Monday - Wednesdays, Friday and Saturdays

Afternoon Teens Strength and Conditioning

4:30 p.m.  Monday   Tuesday   Wednesday   and  Friday    

Evening CrossFit 

5:30 p.m.  Monday through Friday

7:00 p.m.  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 


Teens Complete Core Strength and Conditioning Program

The program is designed to challenge any teenager, from the football player to the musician to the Scout of America. Improvment in ten physical skills and cognitive learning has been documented in studies and in data over last few years. Other benefits include improved self-esteem and self-image. They will become a part of a community that encourage each other and welcome all newcomers.
